Peruincafolk
Rosa is the Founder and artistic director of Peruincafolk since 2004 which have participated in many performances to this day. She has celebrated Peruvian independence every year at the Peruvian community parades in Paterson New Jersey, preparing months in advance for a performance by a group of more than 60 dancers with children, youth and adults who are proud of their Peruvian roots.

Taste the Nation
Rosa was part of a 2023 CNN produced documentary series broadcast on HULU, titled “Taste the Nation”. Hosted by top chef Padma Lakshmi which highlighted her sharing of Peruvian food and culture in the episode titled “Little Lima” and featured one of Rosa’s juane dish recipes along with highlights of her marinera class teachings to the Paterson community.

Paper Mill Playhouse
Performed with the cast of the Broadway musical “On Your feet!” for hispanic heritage month at the Paper Mill Playhouse.
Andes Festival
The Folklife Center of Northern New Jersey
The Folklife Center of Northern NJ presents Inti Raymi, the Andean Festival of the Sun, in 2004 and 2005 where Peruincafolk and Rosa Carhuallanqui perform traditional Peruvian dances. at Mary Ellen Kramer Park, Paterson Great Falls National Historical Park, Maple Street in Paterson, New Jersey.
Lotus
As part of the non profit Lotus Music and Dance, an organization of artists who share creative movement skills, Rosa shares resources to educate the students about the history, lifestyles, literature, language, etc. of the various cultures they represent. They are located in New York and contract Rosa to do performances and workshops in places like Brooklyn but also New Jersey.
Inti Raymi Manhattan
The celebration of the Incas to the sun god from 2002 to 2008 presented by the Peruincafolk group with native dances of Peru supporting Abiyala art and culture in New York
